Elite Sports in Apple Immersive Video

Every athlete has a moment they have imagined thousands of times. The walk onto pool deck. The noise of the crowd. The stillness before the start. The final seconds before years of preparation are put to the test.

This Is My Time is an Apple Immersive Video experience placing the viewer inside the competition environment – exploring elite sporting performance from the athlete’s perspective – the emotion, anticipation and atmosphere.

Filmed during the 2026 Australian Commonwealth Games Swimming Trials at Sydney Olympic Park, this project was produced and post-produced using Main Course Film’s proprietary AIV production workflow.

This project was created in collaboration with Swimming Australia as an early exploration of how Apple Immersive Video can contribute to future high-performance sport initiatives.
